Core Principles:

Issuance and Redemption

REUR issuance and redemption follow structured processes designed to align circulating supply with underlying reserve conditions. Minting and redemption are conducted through authorized participants and approved counterparties, subject to onboarding and compliance checks.

Reserve Framework

REUR is supported by high-quality liquid reserves, prioritizing safety, liquidity, and availability.  Reserves may include cash held in segregated accounts with regulated financial institutions and liquid cash-equivalent instruments. The issuance model applies reserve-based constraints and structural buffers to support stability under varying market conditions.

Compliance and  Controls

REUR operates within a governance and compliance framework designed to support institutional use.  This includes KYC/AML procedures, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring, supported by smart contract-level controls.
