Transparency:

RXAU is designed around structured transparency principles combining on-chain data with issuer-level reporting.

Circulating supply is observable on public blockchains, while additional disclosures may include reserve reporting, snapshots, and verification workflows.

The Issuer provides structured transparency through reporting processes and independent verification frameworks supporting reconciliation between supply and reserves.

Reserve reporting is intended to reconcile circulating supply with physical gold holdings and supplementary collateral, supported by independent certifications and audits.

Core Principles:

Issuance and Redemption

RXAU issuance and redemption follow structured processes designed to align circulating supply with verified gold reserves and applicable reserve conditions.
Minting and redemption are conducted through authorized participants and approved counterparties, subject to onboarding requirements including KYC/AML and compliance checks.

Reserve Framework

RXAU is supported by allocated, insured physical gold reserves designed to represent the market value of one troy ounce of gold.
Reserves are intended to be independently certified and audited, with token issuance limited to verified holdings. To support liquidity and redemptions, the Issuer may maintain supplementary liquid collateral alongside physical gold reserves.

Compliance and  Controls

RXAU operates within a governance and compliance framework designed to support institutional use.
This includes KYC/AML procedures, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring, supported by smart contract-level controls and operational risk management processes.
